Awards

Article 1
Each Project maybe entered for only one of the competitions named in the Awards and Categories Section.

Article 2
There is no restriction about the date of the production of the films.

Article 3
The running time of Project entered for the competitions should not exceed

Article 4:
Nominations: These are all the Projects that have been nominated for an award in a category. Not all nominated Projects will be screened at live event. Winner Selection: These are all the winner Projects selected for screening, which will be notified via email. If you received a Nomination email, but no Winner Selection email, it means your Project will may be screened at live event, and did not receive any award.

Article 5
Each participant is responsible for the content of his/her work and for any possible copyright problems.

Article 6
The official language of the Festival is English. Projects must be subtitled in English.

Article 7
The Executive Committee decides on the Festival schedule including the sequence of the screening of all the Projects. It also decides on the exclusion of any participants and their Project in case of any breach of conditions and decides on all issues not included in these Regulations but related to the organization of the Festival.

Article 8
We may promote clips from your Project on social media, based on the press kits you provide us with.

Article 9
We retain the right to change the date and venue of the festival under special circumstances.

Article 10
We do not accept partial screeners, trailers, or screener links that require access other than password protected links.

Article 11
We cannot provide refunds.

Article 12
If you have submitted your project in the previous year, please do not resubmit the same project to the current edition.

Article 13
The submitters of the submitted Projects that are accepted will be notified via e-mail in the end of each season. There will be a list of winner Projects on our website.

Article 14
We work hard to keep our submission fees as low as possible , consequently we provide only 10 fee waivers.

Article 15
The festival has no festival premiere eligibility requirements. Shorts that have screened at other festivals are still eligible. The festvial has no public or internet broadcast eligibility requirements. If your short has screened on Vimeo etc, it is still eligible.

Article 16
Changes to submitted films will only be accepted if accompanied by a new submission fee. The decision of the selection committee is final. All entry fees are non-refundable.

Article 17
Stills of selected films may also be shown on the Festival website and publicity/promo material including press releases, festival brochures and other materials. Entrants are responsible for securing all rights and permissions from copyright and other holders relating to their Project.
